I am an HR professional with progressive experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration, gained in fast-paced corporate and outsourced-staff environments. I have supported end-to-end HR processes from maintaining employee records to coordinating clearances, medicals, and ID renewals.

As an HR Specialist, I prepared HR reports, provided data-driven recommendations, handled grievances and disciplinary actions, and advised management on HR policy and programs. I have built and maintained partnerships with external agencies and liaised with manpower providers to manage outsourced staff.
