Princess Joneah Sagocsoc

I am a Human Resources practitioner-in-training with a foundation in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and practical HR rotations across recruitment, compensation & benefits, HRIS, and training & development. I have applied classroom learning to real HR processes during an internship where I facilitated applicant assessments, onboarding, employee tracking, and DTR adjustments.

I have been consistently recognized for academic excellence as a Dean's Lister and hold Civil Service Eligibility (Professional) and a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) credential. I have led student academic initiatives, coordinated promotions and events, and supported leadership development programs that strengthened student engagement and communications.

I bring strong administrative capabilities—scheduling, document preparation, HRIS familiarity, and publication and training material design—paired with interpersonal strengths in active listening, proactive communication, and attention to detail. I seek to contribute to employee wellness, learning and development, and organizational behavior initiatives in an HR role.
