What I'm looking for
I’m a results-oriented sales agent with nearly two years of consultative selling experience in telecom, fibre, energy, and devices at a high-traffic Vodafone store in Northern Italy. I manage customers end-to-end—from welcome and needs analysis to offer presentation, objection handling, contract signing, activation, and post-sale follow-up.
I’ve consistently driven commercial growth through cross-selling and up-selling, improving average contract value and customer retention while reducing churn. Recognized by the store manager as one of the top-performing salespeople at my location, I also solve critical in-store situations (complaints, blocked activations, technical support) while keeping customer satisfaction high.
I’m curious and experiment-driven: I use digital and AI tools daily to prepare tailored sales arguments, summarize complex offers, answer technical questions, and speed up admin work.
