I am a dedicated psychology student at Universitas Airlangga, currently in my 8th semester, with a strong academic record and a passion for helping others. My experience as an intern at the Psychology Service Unit has allowed me to manage over 30 client consultations monthly, improving operational efficiency by 20%. I have also taken on the role of Treasurer, overseeing a monthly budget of IDR 5M, which has honed my financial management skills.

In addition to my internship, I have led peer counselor training sessions at PT. Berbinar Insightful Indonesia, achieving a 95% satisfaction rate from participants.
