What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply psychology to mental health and social impact through community programs, research, and teamwork—helping teams make measurable decisions while growing my skills in evaluation and people-focused work.

I’m a Psychology graduate from Universitas Gadjah Mada with a strong interest in social issues and mental health. I’m motivated to apply psychological knowledge in ways that create meaningful, measurable impact in community settings.

Through roles like Head of Social Media Specialist and HR leadership positions, I’ve built experience in team coordination, communication, and strategic execution. I’ve led content and engagement efforts across platforms and helped launch new social accounts, while also managing staff operations and recruitment processes end-to-end.

I’m especially drawn to research and program evaluation. As a Research and Monitoring Intern, I developed a research plan, collected qualitative data through structured interviews and surveys, analyzed findings into actionable recommendations, and presented results to stakeholders for decision-making.

My professional ethos is rooted in people-centered collaboration—fostering inclusion, supporting learning communities, and using empathy alongside structured methods. I bring a practical mindset that connects human experience to outcomes in real-world programs.
