I’m a Healthcare IT Business Analyst focused on optimizing hospital operations through data analytics and technical solutions. I support clinical and administrative teams by resolving complex issues, improving workflows, and strengthening user experience.

In healthcare IT roles, I provide Tier 2 support for hardware and software applications, troubleshoot and configure modules, and ensure integrations and compliance with healthcare regulations. I monitor the ServiceNow platform daily, address incidents and service requests per SLAs, build automated indicators for IT analytics, and train internal users to drive adoption.

Across state and healthcare organizations, I’ve supported large user bases and improved service efficiency. At the State of Georgia, Department of Administrative Services, I supported over 71,000 users and was recognized with a 2018 “Leadership Pick” Award for streamlining help desk ticketing. I’ve also provided desk-side support, VPN and device setup, and security/network troubleshooting in a healthcare desktop support environment.

I also bring strong reporting and analytics experience, including Excel-based data extraction, dashboards, and Power BI for operational and business reporting. From commission and POS-related analytics to healthcare program support and documentation/knowledge base development, I help teams turn data into reliable decisions and smoother day-to-day performance.
