At AccessPoint Health, I turn healthcare operational needs into SQL reporting, Power BI dashboards, validated metrics, workflow changes, and technical solutions.

I lead analytics from requirements discovery through validation and implementation, including Behavioral Health Transfer Center reporting across 19 facilities and 50+ agents. I redesigned reporting processes that reduced processing time by approximately 97% and cut a two-business-day workflow to about 2.5 hours.

I also automate daily reporting for 54 Acute Health facilities, reducing a manual workflow from more than three hours to roughly 10–15 minutes.
