At Reprographix Ltd, I've been working as an IT Engineer since January 2021. It's a company that specializes in document management and print solutions. My role there involves managing and optimizing their IT infrastructure, which includes tasks like overseeing Active Directory, deploying print management software, handling the local network, providing help desk support, training users on Office 365, and managing various software solutions. I've also been responsible for ensuring secure user authentication, access control, and centralized resource management for our internal team of over 60 employees and more than 200 clients. One of my major achievements was implementing a print management system across different sectors like banks and mines, which led to a significant reduction in printing costs—about 30% on average. Plus, I've consistently maintained a high resolution rate on support tickets, over 90%, which has really boosted our operational efficiency and user productivity.

At the Society for Family Health, where I worked as an IT Officer from October 2015 to November 2020, it was quite a different environment. They're a prominent non-profit organization focused on health initiatives. My job there was to support various US-funded projects like SARAI, EECO, SIFPO, and Vector Link. I handled tasks such as configuring Active Directory, deploying Office 365 applications, managing websites, and overseeing the Local Area Network (LAN) across multiple offices. It was challenging yet rewarding to ensure network reliability and smooth operations for over 200 users spread across 5 to 6 offices. One of my notable achievements was spearheading the deployment of Office 365, which significantly boosted project productivity. I also implemented a District Health Information System (DHIS2) server, which greatly improved health data management at the district level. My time at Society for Family Health really honed my skills in managing IT infrastructure for large-scale projects and finding innovative IT solutions to support organizational goals.
