I’m looking for a hands-on role where I can secure and scale Azure/Hyper-V infrastructures, automate operations with PowerShell, and deliver ITIL-driven support that keeps systems at 99% uptime.

I’m a high-performing IT professional with a BSc in Computer Engineering (2024) and 15+ years of experience managing complex IT infrastructures. I specialize in Hyper-V virtualization, Active Directory/Entra ID administration, and PowerShell automation to keep operations stable and secure.

In my current role as Systems & Infrastructure Specialist at PHL Media, I configure and maintain internal IT infrastructure for 100+ workstations and specialized digital systems. I deploy and optimize Hyper-V environments for scalability, develop low-code and PowerShell solutions to automate repetitive workflows, and implement security measures and disaster recovery protocols (Veeam) that support 99% system uptime.

I bring a structured, user-focused mindset to troubleshooting, acting as a primary hands-on point of contact for complex issues with ITIL-based service delivery.
