I've spent 12+ years turning customer needs into scalable technology products, most recently owning the Virtual Servers and Software roadmap at IBM Cloud. I led cross-platform IaaS and PaaS initiatives, feature prioritization, customer discovery, UX/UI decisions, pricing analysis, and go-to-market strategy.

At IBM, I managed a direct team of six and coordinated more than 10 stakeholders across Engineering, Marketing, UX/UI, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership. I also built vendor relationships with SUSE and Intel to enable new IBM Cloud business lines.

My IBM experience also includes leading technical client engagements, Enterprise Design Thinking sessions, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept. In business development, I closed more than USD 60K in new deals in my first year and built a pipeline exceeding USD 166K.

Before IBM, I led manufacturing, product engineering, quality, and continuous-improvement work across product design and operations. I bring a Mechatronics Engineering background, a master's degree in Quality and Productivity Systems, and fluency in Spanish, English, and Italian.
