I’m looking to lead hospitality or food and beverage operations where I can build strong teams, maintain high service standards, improve guest experiences, and contribute to sustainable business growth.

I lead the launch and daily operation of an agrotourism resort in Durrës, overseeing 24 guest rooms, a traditional cuisine restaurant, horseback-riding tours, and an on-site farm. From securing permits and sourcing furnishings to recruiting teams, managing budgets, and building a bilingual booking website, I’ve helped take the destination from concept to operation.

Previously at Melia Hotel & Resort Durrës, I managed restaurant, buffet, and banquet operations, training staff, coordinating with kitchens, and resolving guest needs in high-volume service. I bring practical decision-making, calm leadership under pressure, and a strong commitment to food safety, service standards, and authentic guest experiences.
