What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operations, IT, and digitalization initiatives that improve customer experience, sales, profitability, food safety, and consistent restaurant performance across multiple markets.

I lead operations, IT, and digitalization for Burger King Balkans through Bucaj International LLC, supporting 46 restaurants across Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Bulgaria.

I work with the company board on new-market entry plans and help keep restaurant procedures, area-manager direction, inspections, and marketing execution aligned across countries.

I develop action plans with Area Managers covering operations, food safety, and human resources, while improving customer experience, sales, and profitability through digital opportunities.

Previously, I managed restaurant operations, budgets, inventory, quality controls, KPIs, staffing, and systems including Toshiba, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Oracle Micros Simphony. I also served as a Restaurant General Manager, building teams and improving restaurant performance.
