What I'm looking for

I want a metrics-driven SDR role where I can perfect objection handling and closing, track performance numbers daily, and receive coaching. I’m eager to move quickly into an Account Executive path in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

I’m a fresh graduate Sales Development Representative with fluent English and a competitive drive to move fast, thrive under rejection, and master objection handling, control, and closing for next steps. I track performance numbers closely and bring energy, urgency, and coachability to every shift.

In customer-facing roles, I’ve delivered Tier 1 technical support in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and identified up-sell opportunities while resolving customer inquiries. I maintained a CSAT score above 90% and achieved a 100% resolution rate, exceeding account performance benchmarks.

I’ve also built strong operational and people skills—independently managing a rental equipment warehouse end-to-end (intake, hand-off, and cash collection) and creating a Google Sheets–based tracking system from scratch. Earlier, I contributed to HR by running high-volume candidate interviews, tracking performance for a cohort, and delivering ongoing feedback to support accountability and development.
