At PayU Digital Labs (Formerly Wibmo), a Prosus Company, I worked on merchant chargeback risk, fraud-risk management, and AML platforms. I authored the product roadmap and strategy for the chargeback platform and owned its online API documentation.
For AML name screening, I evaluated the build-vs-buy tradeoff, selected and integrated Zigram, and screened 2,500+ AML alerts while blocking 25 merchant onboardings. I also built an STR/SAR reporting framework and delivered fraud monitoring across 8B annual transactions at 500 tps, with P99 under 100ms.
Earlier, at Envestnet Asset Management, I co-authored functional requirements for an Executive Advisor Dashboard and assessed Ameriprise requirements against existing platform functionality. My experience also includes product work on digital payments and neobanking, plus engineering roles at IBM Semiconductor R & D Center, General Electric, and Vanu Inc.
