At Proximus Global, I built an incubation team across BICS, Telesign, and Route Mobile and launched Konera, a unified network API platform and new revenue engine. We deployed GSMA Open Gateway APIs and eight innovation use cases to market readiness in six months.
I lead enterprise transformation across telecom, AI, and digital ecosystems, helping turn “Telco into Techno.” I founded an AI Center of Excellence across seven departments, deploying 30+ automations from 120+ use cases and achieving 95% efficiency gains.
Across customer experience, self-service, and Salesforce, I unify journeys, platforms, and operating models across global entities. My work includes consolidating 20+ portals, leading Salesforce operations for 1,000+ users, and standardizing UX/UI across products.
