At Swift, I direct cyber risk governance and transformation, including ISO 27001 certification and coordination of eIDAS, PCI-DSS and CPS 234 programmes. I co-developed a risk-based security operating model and prepare cyber risk reporting for the Board and executive leaders.

I led organisational change and stakeholder engagement for enterprise-wide Zero Trust adoption, and established an Audit & Compliance coordination capability. I’m currently supporting the development of an enterprise Insider Risk programme with HR, Legal and Compliance.

Before focusing on cybersecurity, I led Swift’s software product management and consulting businesses. I managed a €150M annual revenue portfolio of 15 products, helped establish Swift’s US consulting business, and am CISM certified and an ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
