What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply reproducible genomics, single-cell analysis, and wet–dry experimental experience to collaborative biomedical research with meaningful translational impact.

At King's College London, I integrate zebrafish single-cell datasets, build automated imaging and whole-genome variant-calling pipelines, and lead manuscript drafting for retinal and neurological disease research.

During my PhD at UCL, I built end-to-end Python and R workflows for single-cell and bulk transcriptomics, from QC and STAR alignment through DESeq2, scVI/scANVI integration, and pathway enrichment. I paired these analyses with zebrafish models, qPCR validation, two-photon calcium imaging, and primary neuronal culture to investigate manganese-driven mitochondrial dysfunction and retinal injury.

I've also delivered config-driven Snakemake and Bash genome-assembly pipelines at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and applied feature engineering and supervised classification to cardiovascular electrophysiology data at Imperial College London.

I work comfortably across the wet–dry interface, translating reproducible computational analyses into experimental decisions for wet-lab, clinical, and non-computational collaborators.

Integrated single-cell RNA-seq datasets to resolve manganese transporter expression in zebrafish ocular cells. Developed Snakemake HPC pipelines for somatic variant calling and confocal immunofluorescence analysis, and established live-cell imaging workflows for mitochondrial bioenergetics.
