I’m looking to drive capital raises and consultative sales for property, fintech, and hospitality—partnering closely with founders and investors to progress deals from outreach to close through trust-led, commercial execution.

I’m a commercially driven capital-raising, sales, and business development professional with experience across investor relations, high-ticket consultative sales, project delivery, and client relationship management. I’ve supported and led debt and equity raises across property, capital advisory, education, fintech, and client-facing commercial roles—progressing opportunities from outreach through to close.

Highlights include supporting and leading capital raises totalling £24m, backing a £300m debt warehousing facility for a UK fintech bridging lender, and generating approximately £300k in programme sales at Tigrent Education and £170k at Flip Remotely. I bring a relationship-led, deal-focused approach—combining investor outreach, commercial presentations and pitching, stakeholder management, negotiation and deal support, and CRM-led pipeline management to move projects from strategy to live engagement.
