What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue leading real estate investment mandates—capital raising, underwriting, and portfolio/asset strategy—with strong institutional stakeholders, clear decision-making, and opportunities to scale platforms and deal flow.

I’m a Real Estate Investments Manager focused on mandate-led capital raising, investor engagement, and underwriting execution across UK real estate and private markets. In my current role, I built and managed the investor mandate capture and segmentation process for 30+ GCC family offices, aligning risk, return, liquidity, and sector preferences with bank allocation strategies.

I’ve led end-to-end fundraising pipelines and investor materials (IMs, DDQ responses, and presentations), and I’ve originated and underwritten £500m+ of long income, investment, and development opportunities, including BTR, PBSA, co-living, and social housing. I also structured a £100m internal credit platform, managed £100m+ of office assets across leasing and exit planning, and served as a speaker at UKREiiF 2025.
