At ØRSTED, I led transformation initiatives through scalable playbooks, change-management, and adoption programmes—building JV Academy from scratch and scaling it to 200+ participants across four regions. I also shaped partnership strategy through on-the-ground workshops in South Korea, stress-testing a global approach using a live JV, with strategic findings championed by C-suite and featured at the 2024/25 Capital Markets Day investor and analyst briefing. Across tripartite JVs, I owned end-to-end commercial workstreams: unblocking CEO-level deadlock, establishing an operating framework for a 100+ person organisation, and leading commercial structuring and investor engagement for a $2bn divestment—compressing timelines while navigating volatile political and regulatory environments.

Previously at Barclays Investment Bank as an Assistant Vice President for Power, Utilities, and Infrastructure M&A, I served as a primary on-site representative for cross-border deals, built multi-jurisdiction financial models, and delivered IC-ready due diligence across multiple concurrent workstreams. Today, I’m independently building AI-powered workflow systems for non-technical users, backed by hands-on experimentation with AI tools and SaaS workflows—keeping my work grounded in practical adoption and measurable outcomes.
