Hi, I’m George — a highly motivated, customer-focused professional with a strong technical mindset and a passion for solving real user problems. I’m primarily seeking roles in Customer/Technical Support or UX/UI Design, where I can combine hands-on support experience with user-centered thinking.

I bring 2 years of technical and customer support experience from Sky UK, where I consistently delivered strong KPI performance and was recognized early with an Overachiever Award. This role sharpened my communication, troubleshooting, empathy, and ownership skills while working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Alongside this, my UX/UI design background allows me to approach problems from the user’s perspective, improve workflows, and create clear, intuitive solutions. I’m also a certified System Administrator, which helps me confidently work with complex tools and systems.
