I started my career on the operational side of logistics and SaaS, spending 4+ years working as a Live Operations Specialist, Supervisor, and QA and Training Expert. That background shaped my automation mindset: I understand the repetitive, manual work automation should eliminate, and I know what breaks and what slows teams down in real day-to-day use. Over time, I began building the solutions myself—Google Apps Script automations, REST API integrations, SQL-driven reporting pipelines, and Zapier-connected workflows.

Now, as a Junior Automation Engineer, I build and maintain integrations and automate workflows for operational teams. I reduce manual operational tasks using Google Apps Script, REST APIs, Zapier, and webhook-driven automation, including API connections to tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Sheets.
