Built and shipped the production platform interface in Cursor, including a WCAG AA design system, navigation, reusable components and interaction tokens, with engineering handoff through Jira. Designed AI agent workflows with human review and user control over automation, and unified four user perspectives into a seven-state order lifecycle for Toshiba America Business Solutions.

Lead client engagements from discovery through MVP, covering research, product direction, prototypes and design systems across HR technology, education and AI. Hired and mentored five designers since 2021, and designed and shipped three dashboard surfaces for Say Yeah.

Redesigned ten hiring flows for educators, candidates and district administrators, prioritizing mobile web after research. Rebuilt the application funnel, reducing support tickets, and built and shipped a WCAG AA design system supporting five to ten developers.

Redesigned Visual Search for legal teams reviewing evidence under chain-of-custody constraints, including dashboards, reporting, KPIs and charts. Led UX work for TrialDirector's transition from on-premise software to SaaS, and built a design system with component states, variants, usage logic and governance rules.

Worked with the CEO and Chief Innovation Officer to turn the Methodify product vision into a research automation platform through information architecture, workflows and prototypes. Designed workflows for organizational administrators and market researchers, and maintained the Figma design system for three designers.

Designed a student employment marketplace with the founding team, developing decision maps, information architecture and prototypes in Adobe XD, Sketch and InVision. Tested prototypes with students and used findings to guide sprint decisions and save engineering time.
