What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product design for complex SaaS or enterprise platforms, building scalable design systems, improving accessible user experiences, partnering closely with developers, and mentoring designers in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

I've led large-scale SaaS redesigns at Morningstar Sustainalytics, increasing engagement by 45%, and built scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides across teams. I turn interviews, usability testing, analytics, and workflow mapping into high-fidelity Figma designs and prototypes for complex, multi-persona products.
