What I'm looking for

Seeking a fully remote IT Operations / Service Delivery / ITSM role with a company that hires internationally. 20+ years of infrastructure experience and a decade managing/mentoring support teams across multiple sites. Based in Tbilisi (GMT+4); open to employment or contractor arrangements.

At Gebrüder Weiss, I own end-to-end IT for a 31,000 sqm logistics complex, including two server rooms, 10 network racks, 400+ CCTV cameras, 150 users, and a remote branch in Armenia. I work with Austrian headquarters infrastructure teams, manage local budgets and procurement, and support platforms including SAP, Wamas WMS, TISLOG, CargoWise, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Intune.

I've built IT operations from empty buildings three times. At Terminal West Trading, I delivered the IT environments for two 30,000 sqm hypermarkets—server rooms, structured cabling, networking, POS, fiscal printers, scales, 25 cash desks, and 200+ workstations—and built a four-person helpdesk team.

Before these build-outs, I was the sole IT engineer supporting 20 branches and 600+ users at TEGETA MOTORS. I also supported BP's Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline under strict HSSE and IT security standards, restoring a failed backbone connection within five hours.

I enjoy finding what needs to exist, building it, and making sure it keeps working. My background also includes ATM infrastructure, 1C ERP QA, solution architecture, technical training, and leading delivery and support teams.
