I’m looking for a hands-on infrastructure role in security-conscious environments, owning Windows/AD, Cisco networking, and cloud deployments, with strong incident response, automation (PowerShell/Python), and measurable 24/7 reliability.

I’m an IT Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on experience across Windows Server, Active Directory, Cisco networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms in mission-critical environments. I focus on reliability, incident response, and troubleshooting in 24/7 settings, backed by a Security+ certification.

In high-security defense work, I administered Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy, supported enterprise Cisco networking (switches, routers, ASA firewalls), and deployed 900+ military workstations and endpoints while maintaining zero-downtime operations. I also designed network segmentation strategies for defense-in-depth, supported encrypted tactical communications, and contributed to NATO-interoperable communications during multinational exercises.

More recently, I delivered first-line support for 1,000+ internal users at TBC Bank, managing 50–60 tickets daily and resolving 8,000+ incidents with consistent SLA compliance.
