I am a dynamic Training Consultant and Financial Services Leader with over six years of experience designing and delivering learning programs that drive behavior change and performance improvement.

As founder of Brighter Pilipinas within Sun Life, I built the Brighter Pilipinas Learning System and designed 50+ workshops on financial literacy, sales mastery, leadership development, and mindset transformation.

I lead and mentor high-performing teams, having mentored 30+ direct advisors and developed future leaders through one-on-one coaching and immersive bootcamps. My programs have improved advisor retention and performance and I integrate storytelling, reflection tools, and experiential activities into facilitation.
