I’m seeking opportunities to gain knowledge, take on challenging assignments, and develop professionally in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

At Yoda Diagnostics, I analyzed biological data to support diagnosis, applying NGS workflows for Whole Exome Sequencing, Clinical Exome Sequencing, and Mitochondrial Analysis. I wrote shell scripts to automate quality control, read alignment, variant calling, and result processing.

I also annotated genetic variants, reviewed evidence from ClinVar and other databases, and contributed to variant classification. Earlier, at Slick Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, I analyzed business needs and worked on IT solutions, testing, and process documentation.
