Mahima John

I am a dedicated Bioinformatician with a strong focus on clinical data analysis and AI/ML applications in genomics. My expertise lies in developing machine learning models for cancer genomics and integrating clinical and genomic datasets to enhance predictive analysis. I have a solid background in programming languages such as R and Python, and I am proficient in various bioinformatics tools, which allows me to tackle complex data challenges effectively.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working as a Bioinformatics Research Intern at Biotechnika, where I developed innovative ML models for cancer genomics. Additionally, I have served as a Professor of Bioinformatics at Espero Institute, where I shared my knowledge of genomics and clinical informatics with aspiring students. My teaching experience, combined with my research background, has equipped me with the skills to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and effectively.

I hold a Master’s degree in Cell & Molecular Biology from the University of Technology, Jaipur, where I focused on genomics and bioinformatics. My research projects, including identifying LUAD biomarkers using machine learning techniques, have further solidified my commitment to advancing the field of bioinformatics and contributing to meaningful healthcare solutions.
