What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a rewarding career in a healthy work environment where I can use my skills and knowledge efficiently to support organizational growth.

At Pentagram Research Centre, I completed a data science training project analyzing genome sequences using nucleotide concentrations and golden ratios. I also worked on linear prediction of overlapping and non-overlapping codons in Brucella Suis 1330 genomes.

I designed a Python program to process large datasets and used it to analyze 130 genome sequences. My work also included studying corona-family viruses using nucleotide concentration and golden ratios.

I published the book “Bioinformatics Practical Manual” and a research paper on homology modelling of the three-dimensional structure of At5g01610 Arabidopsis thaliana. I also worked as contingent faculty at Rhombus world School.
