What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to apply my computational biology, data handling, and analytical problem-solving skills.

For my uveal melanoma project, I processed public NGS data from FASTQ quality control through alignment and variant inspection, using FastQC, fastp, BWA, SAMtools, Galaxy, and IGV to investigate potential driver mutations and CNV-related patterns.

I also developed Proteomate, a web application for protein sequence validation and physicochemical analysis, with Biopython and FastAPI. As a Student Intern at DYJ Life Sciences Pvt Ltd., Chinchwad, Maharashtra, I developed basic Python scripts for biological data analysis and worked with a MySQL database for protein data.
