I am a dedicated Bioinformatician with a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from Manipal School of Life Sciences. Currently, I am working at Kasturba Medical College, where I run whole genome and whole exome pipelines, utilizing aneuploidy tools for data analysis and server maintenance. My role involves building new pipelines for RNA sequencing and mitochondrial genomes, showcasing my ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to my professional experience, I have been involved in significant projects, including the Center for Rare Disease Diagnosis and Research, where I focus on genetic diagnosis of neurodevelopmental disorders in India. My academic background in Biotechnology, coupled with my hands-on experience in bioinformatics, equips me with a unique perspective on the intersection of biology and technology.
