At Buddy4Study, I’ve managed end-to-end operational pipelines for education lending, including compliance and operational risk verification. I spearheaded the SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship verification drive—validating 2,000+ applications against eligibility criteria within a strict 10-day turnaround—while identifying documentation bottlenecks and escalating discrepancies for resolution. I also performed financial risk advisory through comparative analysis of bank interest rates and government subsidy schemes (CSIS), and I managed third-party risk touchpoints with 5+ external fintech partners while maintaining loan pipeline trackers and real-time progress dashboards. In addition, I scaled oversight from NBFCs to top-tier banks (PNB, ICICI, Axis) within 45 days and sanctioned ₹3,15,89,789 (~₹3.16 Crore) in domestic and international education loans within 4 months, exclusively handling high-risk cases after multi-bank rejections.

Before this, I built process rigor in HR through recruitment pipeline reviews, documentation drafting, and policy enhancement as an HR intern. Earlier, as an Operations Manager & Accountant, I maintained financial controls (reconciliations, budgeting variance checks) and operational risk mitigation for everyday business challenges, while ensuring adherence to local tax and trade regulations. I aim for roles where I can combine compliance-minded execution with data-backed recommendations and stakeholder communication.
