At Afterschool Labs, I lead strategy and operations for a national K-12 afterschool and summer-learning provider, building proprietary platforms for enrichment, financial reporting, and outcome tracking. I also operate Think Enterprise Solutions, a K-12 staffing consultancy supporting substitute staffing and expanded-learning operations.
I've built revenue and operating systems across startups and enterprise organizations, including Bidify, SSP Innovations, Google, and Spur. My work has included growing Bidify to a projected $1.4M ARR, managing 60% of SSP Innovations' ARR across a $100M+ telecom portfolio, and negotiating more than 100 commercial agreements for Google Fiber in nine months.
I'm also a community builder and nonprofit board leader, serving as Board President for Merrimack Performing Arts while completing my B.S. in Business Management.
