What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a mission-driven leadership role where I can improve operations, develop teams, use data to guide decisions, and lead strategic programs that strengthen performance and stakeholder outcomes.

At Community Christian Academy, I directed daily school operations, led faculty development, guided accreditation, and partnered with board leadership on strategic growth, policy, budgeting, and community marketing. I also redesigned curriculum and created onboarding, training, and mentoring systems to strengthen staff performance and student outcomes.

I've also managed operations and revenue performance at Huntington Learning Center, using KPIs, ROI analysis, outreach, and client engagement to improve enrollment and service delivery. Through market research and education roles, I've turned qualitative findings and performance data into actionable insights while building strong relationships with teams, clients, families, and communities.
