What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a recruitment or HR operations role where I can manage high-volume hiring workflows, source and support candidates, coordinate stakeholders, and grow through hands-on responsibility in a collaborative remote or deadline-driven environment.

At Edvionix, I source and close 10–12 hires per day through LinkedIn while managing screening, interview coordination, documentation, and accurate HR records. I also lead and mentor 4–5 interns, assigning work, reviewing quality, and resolving daily issues.

Previously at Scale.Jobs, I managed 50–60 job applications daily for international clients, sourced US-market roles, and optimized resumes and cover letters for ATS visibility. I'm comfortable keeping multiple application workflows, trackers, candidate data, and stakeholder communications accurate in remote, deadline-driven environments.
