I'm looking for an opportunity in recruitment or talent acquisition where I can contribute to sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, and organized ATS-driven hiring workflows while continuing to grow in full-cycle recruitment.

I've supported full-cycle recruitment at Skillnix Recruitment Services, Career Job Simulation, and Saber Technologies, sourcing candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Shine, and other job portals.

I manage candidate screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, reference checks, and ATS, CMS, HRIS, and HRMS documentation. I’ve worked across phone, video, face-to-face, competency-based, and technical interview formats while maintaining organized talent pipelines.

I also built recruitment dashboards, candidate management systems, and remote-ready workflow trackers to support data-backed hiring delivery and client talent needs.
