I'm looking for a remote or work-from-home recruitment role where I can own full-cycle hiring, build strong candidate pipelines, close niche and volume roles, and grow through hands-on talent acquisition responsibility.

At OpenHire, I close 6–10 positions each month across niche, hard-to-fill, and bulk-hiring roles. I source and convert qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, referrals, and outbound cold calling while managing pipelines in Naukri RMS.

I progressed from HR Intern to Team Leader at Lakshya Venture, leading a 15-person remote team and sourcing 400+ candidates in under two months. I also onboarded 90+ volunteers at Pehchaan The Street School and enjoy keeping recruitment, reporting, and stakeholder coordination on track.
