I’m looking for an HR role where I can own employee lifecycle processes end-to-end, work with HRIS and payroll, and improve employee experience through fast resolution, strong documentation, and data-driven feedback.

I’m a Human Resources Assistant with strong expertise in employee lifecycle management, from onboarding to offboarding. I’m currently responsible for payroll processing for 700+ UAE-based employees, while ensuring seamless HR operations and a positive employee experience.

In my current role as a Human Capital Assistant, I manage onboarding and offboarding processes with compliance and accurate documentation. I support core HR operations by managing HRIS databases, handling benefits administration (enrollment, claims processing, and leave management), and preparing employment/offer letters and related statements.

Previously at Accenture India Private Limited, I served as the first point of contact for employees across APAC and EMEA (UK & IRL). I addressed employee queries on policies, benefits, workplace concerns, and payroll, drafted visa cover and probation letters, and generated SOPs and daily performance reports—ensuring SLAs, highlighting KPIs, and improving operational efficiency.

I also bring an engagement and people-support mindset, planning team-building activities and leading new hire training with one-on-one mentoring. I consistently gather and analyze feedback to refine training effectiveness, boost team confidence, and improve productivity.
