I am a Human Resources professional with hands-on experience in HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, and Talent Acquisition. I manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through performance management and separations.
At TresVista Financial Services I designed and executed large-scale hiring strategies, hiring 550 Analysts and 50 Associates in under three months, and led HRIS/ERP transitions to improve process accuracy and automation.
