I am a Human Resources professional with hands-on experience in HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, and Talent Acquisition. I manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through performance management and separations.

At TresVista Financial Services I designed and executed large-scale hiring strategies, hiring 550 Analysts and 50 Associates in under three months, and led HRIS/ERP transitions to improve process accuracy and automation. I drive policy formulation and implementation to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.

I use HR analytics—attrition analysis, early warning tracking, and engagement metrics—to recommend interventions that improve retention and employee experience. I have led small HR teams, partnered with senior stakeholders, and supported CSR and university partnership initiatives.
