At Accenture India, I support US HR Operations and HR Service Delivery across leave administration, employee support, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR case resolution. I independently owned the Employment Verification Statement process end-to-end, supporting documentation for Short-Term Disability and leave-related benefit claims.

Previously, at Wipro Limited, I supported Workday Hire-to-Retire transactions, Mass EIB uploads, and security-role assignments. My earlier HR roles at Majorel India and IGT Solutions included employee services, payroll coordination, recruitment support, and HR administration.
