What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in SaaS Customer Success, supporting technology adoption, improving user experiences, and partnering with stakeholders to solve operational challenges.

At TELUS Health Virtual Care, I coordinate scheduling and operational coverage for more than 400 clinicians across multiple jurisdictions. I use daily reports and Datadog metrics to identify service gaps, manage risks, and coordinate timely resolutions.

Previously at TELUS Health MyCare, I managed high-volume communications in Salesforce, coordinated follow-ups across teams, and supported onboarding and training. I also contributed to UAT by identifying workflow improvements that enhanced user experience.
