I manage IT support and system administration for SMEs as an independent contractor, resolving hardware, software, and network issues remotely and helping with cloud migration tasks across Azure/AWS. I also produce documentation and training materials to reduce downtime and handle client escalations.

Before that, I ran and supported IT infrastructure for Local Government of Nepal, covering servers, desktops, laptops, and networking devices. I managed ICT systems for government offices and healthcare facilities, handled first-level and escalated support, and kept uptime steady through patching, updates, and backups.

I also built security into day-to-day operations using Active Directory and Office 365, implementing MFA, antivirus, firewall policies, and access control. More recently, as a Cybersecurity Trainee at Eminence Ways, I’ve been working on vulnerability testing with OWASP Juice Shop and supporting compliance checks and reporting.
