I am an experienced Application Support Engineer with a total of 2.5 years of experience. In my current role at Prognosticsoft Solutions Pvt Ltd, I am responsible for providing L1 support to clients on a 24/7 basis. I have a superb understanding of client needs and I am always eager to learn new things and accept challenges to find solutions. I am a team player and have excellent analytical skills.
My main responsibilities include checking the health of applications and sending daily reports to clients, monitoring jobs and resolving any issues, handling daily service requests from end users, and continuously monitoring the status of Linux servers, database servers, important services, CPU and memory utilization, and more. I am also involved in various calls and meetings with clients and the development team.
