What I'm looking for
I’m a tech-driven Operations Manager who blends a Software Engineering foundation with Customer Success experience to scale end-to-end operational rollouts. At LEO1, I spearheaded the lifecycle for a large-scale smart card product rollout—from raw data collection and data cleaning to on-campus deployment.
I take ownership of partner networks under corporate trust, managing key institutional accounts and aligning stakeholders.
