Previously at College Hunks Hauling Junk, I managed inbound leads and converted prospects into booked service appointments. I provided customer consultations, explained pricing, coordinated services, handled objections, and supported scheduling between clients and field teams.

My experience at Nestlé Nigeria built my foundation in enterprise-level customer service and operations, including B2B support, workflow coordination, issue resolution, escalation processes, and quality control.
