I'm looking to lead enterprise customer success, CRM growth, and lifecycle strategy where I can turn CDP adoption, segmentation, and automation into measurable retention and revenue outcomes.

At D•engage, I own strategic CRM growth and automation architecture for 16 enterprise accounts worth $508K ARR across banking, asset management, and retail.
