At Aidosol, I lead GCC, GBS, and Digital HR Transformation consulting and managed services, including a Digital HR Shared Services transformation for a 50,000+ employee semiconductor enterprise spanning 29 countries and projected to deliver USD 3M in annual savings. I build technology-enabled operating models using platforms including Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP HCM, Neocase, automation, analytics, and AI products such as Aberto, COSTEN, i-Check, and EVYA.
