At MetLife Global Operations, I led global-to-India transitions involving approximately 1,000 resources across Claims, Underwriting, Analytics, Automation, and Finance. I scaled the billed organization from 3 to 250+ professionals, managed approximately $12M+ in recurring annual revenue, built a Digital CoE Command Center within six months, and helped automate 100+ processes.
At Wipro, I led Life Insurance and Annuities and Digital Operations practice strategy, achieved a $10M practice revenue target in the first year, and led a 300+ resource USA-to-India transition.
