At Bosch Global Software Technologies GCC, I built governance for an inherited HR function, scaled it from 22 to 48 people, and deployed live AI solutions that reduced repeat HR queries and hiring-cycle handoffs. I lead shared services across India, Germany, and Portugal through SLA governance, people analytics, succession planning, and HR technology.
Previously at Accenture, I led a 22-person HR team across six cities and partnered with senior leaders across global accounts including Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, Verizon, and BMS. I bring a Computer Science foundation to HR transformation, having built HR operations, product-owned recruitment platforms, and managed Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and AI chatbot initiatives.
